Terms of service
Please read these terms before using reoire.bar. By using the site, you agree to them.
Last updated: 22 August 20261. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using reoire.bar ("Reoire", "the site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What the service does
Reoire provides a free tool that helps you save a copy of a publicly available TikTok video by resolving a share link you provide into a downloadable file. We do not host, store, or curate a library of videos ourselves.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Reoire only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of others. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the tool to download content you don't have the right to save or reuse under TikTok's own terms or applicable copyright law
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly repost downloaded content as your own without the original creator's permission
- Attempt to overload, scrape, or disrupt the site or the third-party services it relies on
- Use the tool for any illegal, harassing, or infringing purpose
4. Ownership of content
Videos accessible through TikTok remain the property of their original creators and/or TikTok. Reoire does not claim any ownership over content resolved or downloaded through the site. Responsibility for how a downloaded file is subsequently used rests entirely with the person who downloaded it.
5. No warranty
Reoire is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the tool will always be available, that every link will resolve successfully, or that the third-party services we rely on will remain accessible or accurate.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reoire and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including but not limited to lost data, lost content, or claims brought by third parties related to downloaded material.
7. Third-party services
The tool depends on third-party infrastructure to read public TikTok data and return media files. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and using the tool means you also accept that dependency.
8. Advertising
Reoire is supported by advertising served through third-party ad networks. We aren't responsible for the content of ads displayed by those networks, though we take reports of inappropriate ads seriously — you can flag one via our contact page.
9. Changes to the service or these terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by general principles of contract law in the jurisdiction where the site operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local law requires otherwise.
11. Contact
